Keneally Physical Therapy is a fee-for-service practice and is not affiliated with any insurance companies, including Medicare. This allows Allison the freedom and flexibility to focus solely on what’s in your best interest and to provide the proper quality care that each patient deserves.

Evaluations and treatments are individualized for your unique needs and with your best interest in mind, first and foremost. As a fee-for-service provider, Allison can give of herself to every one of her patients with her hands and heart, without any compromises that insurance companies invariably impose.

At each visit, upon request, you will receive a receipt with the procedure codes necessary for reimbursement from your Insurance Company, Health Care Savings Account (HSA), and Flexible Spending Account (FSA). It is up to you to determine your Physical Therapy coverage and if you need prior authorization. The amount of reimbursement you receive will vary according to the terms of your insurance policy. Before your first scheduled appointment, we recommend you call your insurance company to clarify your physical therapy benefits and the amount of paid fees that will be reimbursed to you.
